Join Safaris director Maeve on a tour through some of her favourite food finds across Sydney. You can meet the bus at Central Station or drive your car to the first location in Marrickville, parking for the day and being dropped back to your car. We start at one of the great Italian cheese-making businesses which has been running for 60 years, we will see ricotta being made and taste the sweet delicious results, then have a guided tour through Sydney’s newest Italian emporium with mini cooking class.  We then visit Maeve’s Danish friend Jesper who is one of Sydney’s top caterers and who will demonstrate how to make traditional gravlax and other Danish delights – these are recipes you will treasure. We then travel to the vibrant spice scented surrounds of Harris Park and enjoy an Indian thali lunch with a cooking demonstration. We finish our extravaganza in Petersham at a delightful sweets maker who will have you swooning.
