Food Safari Fire Special Event - Join Maeve and chef Frank Shek as they show some simple smoking techniques that create a dish that has been on the menu since this exceptional restaurant on the historic finger wharf in Woolloomooloo opened. Frank’s tea smoked duck served with Plum and Tamarind sauce features on Food Safari Fire and its wonderful to see the technique demonstrated, to learn the secrets of how to also smoke ocean trout for a delicious salad and to enjoy a banquet of other China Doll modern Asian favourites with matched wines from Wine Selectors.
