This year's event was amazing - don't miss out in 2015. Join us for a delicious Greek feast at Alpha Restaurant in the city, hosted by chef Peter Conistis. You'll taste some of the classic dishes that have made Peter's legendary reputation - devotees will remember the inspired dish of moussaka of eggplant with sea scallops and taramasalata and a 12 hour spit roast of suckling lamb with lemon roast potatoes and stuffed artichokes...plus one or two new classics...all accompanied by matched wines.  Heaven!

Come and join us at one of the hottest new places in Sydney...the very hip Pazar Food Collective in Canterbury. Owner Attila Yilmaz has been packed since he opened earlier this year and will create a special tasting menu especially for a Gourmet Safaris long Sunday lunch.
 
If you love exotic Turkish dips, woodfired stuffed pide, Middle Eastern salads, unctuous smokey slow cooked lamb and a chance to learn how some of it comes together, this will be an amazing day.

We’ll start with a glass of something nice and see our host Attila Yilmaz and his unique smoker which creates his signature smoked labne dip, then settle in to feast with some nice wines and a series of clever dishes. This is a casual relaxed day – not a dress-up, just a great celebration of food.
