Join Lao chef Tony Inthavong in his beautiful restaurant in Canley Heights as he introduces the food of his homeland. We’ll learn about key ingredients and cooking implements and see how they are used, plus Tony will demonstrate some key recipes. We will then visit a number of shops in this vibrant food area so you can buy fresh and dry ingredients and all the basics to be able to recreate this fresh delicious cuisine at home. We’ll return to the restaurant for lunch which will include the marvellous Lao laksa – khao pun! Includes tastings and tour, recipes and lunch. Numbers are limited.
