Sydney has a number of distinct "villages" around which the people of particular nationalities have settled - the Italians in Haberfield, the Turkish around Auburn, the Lebanese in Punchbowl, the Greeks in Marrickville, the Vietnamese in Cabramatta, Koreans in Eastwood and Laotian in Canley Hts. Join us with a local from each place to plunge into these worlds, full of different aromas, sights and sounds. All tours include specialist guide/s, lunch (some with wine), recipes, many tastings.

Some of the Best places of food pilgrimage are scattered around Sydney. Join us on a comfortable bus and journey into a particular cuisine with our French, Italian, Mediterranean, Cypriot and Middle Eastern Safaris or a wonderful mix with our European, Spice and United Flavours of the World Safaris.

All safaris include specialist guide, bus transport, tastings, recipes, lunch and tastings.

The most luxurious of our safaris are those where you surrender yourself to the marvelous dining experience called lunch. Each of these safaris is a truly special day spent in beautiful restaurants with top chefs showing off their cuisine, often demonstrating dishes served that day. One banquet is even in a private home.  All banquets are hosted by Gourmet Safaris Director, Maeve O’Meara. Safari includes bubbles on arrival, demonstration, lunch with wine.
