We will be sending you details of upcoming events associated with the Food Safari book which comes into the shops at the end of October...looks great too. There are literary lunches and book signings locked in but we're hoping to bring you details of a book launch (lets hope the planets align for this one!) Anyway, newsletter with you next week.

Our September Gorgeous Safari girls have just returned and we thought we'd share with you some photos.

We still have a few spots on the October Gorgeous Safari to Vietnam which includes 5 star accommodation at two fabulous resorts, a day in Saigon, all meals, treatments, internal flights and international flights plus a lovely cashmere pashmina as a bonus gift......do you know we haven't raised this price in years as we figure its a beautiful gift for someone to give you (a big one we know!) or as a treat to yourself for surviving the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune and it gives you a lovely breath of fresh air and bit of indulgence and retail therapy before the silly season is on us.

We had a fantastic trip to Vietnam.....a big thank you to Mandy and the Gorgeous/Gourmet Safaris team. My favourite location was Hoi An...could happily have stayed there for the week. Life Resorts are excellent! Also enjoyed seeing Saigon on the last day........Lynn H - NZ

"The Gorgeous Safari tour to Vietnam exceeded my expectations. It was a week of thorough relaxation and enjoyment. I especially appreciated having my own room at the resorts, enabling me to relax completely. Both resorts were beautiful in different ways and the contrast made it more interesting. The day in Ho Chi Min City was a highlight, as was the cooking class in Hoi An.
